Frequently Asked Questions
Where is your coffee sourced? We source single-origin beans and blends from trusted farms and importers. Each product page includes origin details so you know exactly what's in your cup.
How is my order fulfilled? Coffee and tea orders are fulfilled through our dropship partner and ship within 1–3 business days. Apparel and gear are made to order via our print-on-demand partner and may ship separately.
Do you offer subscriptions? Not yet — but stay tuned! Join the Range to be the first to know when subscriptions launch.
Can I return coffee or tea? Due to the perishable nature of our products, all coffee and tea sales are final. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at customersupport@roastandrangecoffee.com, and we'll sort it out.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view order status.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is something we're working toward.
